Our Company History
The Fitzgerald Company was founded in October 2016 in Camp Verde, Arizona, as a General Contractor licensed in the State of Arizona (ROC # 309409). Founded by Travis Storey, who shares the company with his son Zachary, our name honors a family legacy of building excellence.
The company name pays tribute to Travis's grandmother's brother, Wright Fitzgerald, who was a contractor in Georgia and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in the late 1800s where he continued to build. By naming our company "The Fitzgerald Company Builders and Design LLC," we continue the namesake of this pioneering builder.
Travis's building career began in 1986 when he started Storey Bldrs in Florida, where he built for 18 years. After pursuing other interests for a few years, he returned to his passion for building, working as a General Supervisor from 1998-2004 for a company that built financial centers across the country. He restarted his business in the San Antonio, Texas area before ultimately moving to Arizona and establishing our current contracting business.
Today, we're pioneering the future by bridging our decades of real-world construction expertise with blockchain technology, making The Fitzgerald Company one of the first construction businesses to tokenize real-world assets through the TFC token.
